“Harmful” books

I’ve seen a couple of postings on the net lately that seem to be discussing the 10 most “harmful” books. What is meant by “harmful” in this sort of context, I have no idea. But perhaps it depends on which side of the fence you site politically. I would consider this list of books, a list of controversial and possibly revolutionary works. But certainly not harmful. Then again, the site is heavily conservative, so many of the books listed may seem “harmful” to conservative ideals. That said, from a bookselling perspective, its not so important why these books are suddenly highlighted in the public mind… just that they are. So, if you’re selling rare collectable versions of these books, it might make sense to give them some prominence on your site, and maybe reference the article.

Just my 2 cents worth.
