Sam Fogg launches a new website

Sam FoggSam Fogg has just launched their new website. This dealer in rare and antiquarian art and medieval manuscripts has a beautiful collection of rare artworks that is well worth browsing through.

As a small critique of the site, no prices are provided and there is no facility to buy online, which is a bit of a letdown and certainly gives no indication of the value of these goods. The site is image-heavy, which makes quick browsing for particular items a bit slow, but on the upside the images are of good quality and allow you to get a very good idea of the quality of the stock. Sadly, it doesn’t look like you can view the entirety of Sam Fogg’s stock as you only get to view six items per section. But it does give a taste of the type of stuff that this dealer has on his hands.

On the upside, prices are provided for a neat collection of publications that look well worth owning if you’re keen on this sort of art or if you’re looking for some great looking coffee table catalogues. There are several pages of these catalogues, so definitely click through all of them and have a good look.

Well done Sam!
